She tilted her head slightly, vaguely confused at this. "Explain exactly how this would work. I am somewhat confused." She told him, nibbling her lower lip lightly.

Morgana's brow arches slightly. She ponders this for moments. She'd never actually had trouble getting into a place like this. She didn't see them having much if any as a couple. "Tell me the plan, cher. I could be all right with some head turning, I believe."

One of her delicate hands rose to touch the wing that had brushed her shoulder, but it had already disappeared. In a moment of rare indecision, she pulled her lower lip into her mouth, and looked from Dev to the building, and back again. She showed her roots. French women were notoriously indecisive. Yes, that was it.

She lifted her shoulders in a helpless shrug, her dark eyes meeting Dev's. "I suppose I'd say the most fun fashion you might conceive of. I'll go along as necessary."

A sheath in ivory hugged the Slytherin's form, her matching heels clicking on the sidewalk. Her green velvet cloak is pinned at her neck, though the hood is down. She seems excited, though not necessarily nervous. At least on the surface. She's too self possessed to let something that telling escape.

She watches him flip through his garb, smiling at some things, and making faces at others. Hoodies get a negative shake of the head. But that's the only thing that gets that sort of reaction. She tips her head as he finally settles on a choice, and smiles. "I approve, cher. Very much." She stood on her toes to sweep a kiss over his lips, before she eyed the building. "How would you like to get in?"

A clawed foot lifted to scritch at the avian head before he shook his feathered self. "Long as you don't expect me to kiss up to ya and make like you're the master of the universe. And your princess? Keep her cat away from me. Make sure he don't make me kitty lunch. Nicky knows better." That beady eye fell on the eagle and a he gave a very avian chuckle.

The bond between familiar and wizard is one of the oldest existing magicks. As the raven fluttered down, hopping onto the teen's shoulder, some magick unknown to either of the students, but somewhat familar to the Veela, settled over the two. No spell would be needed for communication or understanding. It wouldn't change the personalities, but it would make relating much easier. He'd found his pet.

Morgana's eyes narrowed slightly in consideration. "Non, killing them is too simple, too easy. It's also entirely wasteful. It was one of the things that, in the end, brought the Dark Lord down. Too many blood traitors and Mudblood lovers exist. There are other solutions, but I do wonder what yours is. And I pray you aren't planning to follow in the fallacy that Lord Voldemort indulged in." It was certainly a test, straight from the Slytherin's mouth. If he had been, it'd be unlikely he'd keep himself from feeling anger at the very least, if not outright attacking her.

Yes, she tired of it. Yes, it was certainly one of the tihings that made her hate the Muggles the most. Might didn't always make right, but in this case, it did. They were stronger. It had always been the case for her. What might he be planning to do about it, though?

One of the ravens hopped forward on his branch. "Yeah, what of it? The rudeness, it's part of our charm. Better bein' smartasses than dumb **** like some other birds. All brawn, no brain. I get my feathery ass outta jams cuz my brain is sharp. Just ask the eagle. He knows better than to pick on one of us." A murmur of avian laughter moved through the group. There must be nearly a dozen of the oily black birds.

"So, I don't think you want one of us for our witty repartee. Start talkin', wizard boy. And don't think we don't know what you are. Why ya want one of us? Rest of the wizards can't stand us, usually. Haven't seen one of you trying to win us over since Snape." The bird said, beady eye trained on the Veela before him.

Despite her lack of care for most any creature, human or animal alike, she had a soft spot for cats. And refused to harm the animals. Instead, her long and manicured nails scratched at itchy feline places. The Siamese leapt up beside her, sitting down regally as if expecting introductions. Morgana rolled her eyes, shaking her head slightly.

The little tiff ended with the Headmistress, sharp ears catching necessary portions of the conversation. She shook her head again slightly, amused by the audacity of the teen. Jesus. That he didn't know much of anything about his heritage might keep her safe, at the very least.

Her honey eyes lifted from looking at the cat, and instead looked at his owner. The gaze is appraising, measuring, weighing. Looking at the girl, there's a little doubt which house she belongs. She's almost regal, a young woman used to making moves that would terrify most people. "Not overly much. Diavolo has his curiosity, and I have my fondness of the feline persuasion. The both of us decided to introduce ourselves to your cat."

The Slytherin tilted her head slightly. "A bit tiring trying to seduce a Headmistress, it seems? May I suggest Slytherin subtlety and better choices? Some things, though they may be challenges, are only that way because they were never actually meant to be overtaken. I'm all for aiming high, but don't shoot the gun straight up above you. The bullet is likely to fall directly on you." She suggested, vaguely amused, but avoiding bruising his already battered ego. "Do you actually desire to learn to control it?"

Morgana opened her mouth to answer him, but a raven of the group piped up. "Oy, dumbass. Talk to us. The girly ain't gonna be the one that you're wantin' for a pet. Familiar, whatever the term is." The Slytherin smiled slightly, and gave a gesture, as if to say, 'Yeah, the bird has the right of it.'

She nodded her head, smiling slightly. "Oui, you can understand them." She said softly, looking at him now, instead of the birds. "Yeah, and we can understand you, simp." Said one of the ravens. It's hard to tell which of the lot. Notable. Ravens could be a smartass lot.

The dark haired young woman moved to the cat, curiosity and a love of felines the cause. Kindred spirits, she was with most any of the feline persuasion. Even Diavolo was curious about the newcomer, and certainly not the type to play at shrinking violet.

She sat beside the feline gracefully at the table, facing the ruckus occuring, but her eyes on the cat. She need not keep vision on the altercation. Her other sense would do. She offered a delicately turned hand to the grroming animal, patiently awaiting it's attention and permission. Still, she tapped the little feline's mind lightly, only lingering a touch to view his surface thoughts.

Morgana looked at the eagle, and then at the ravens gathered. "Pay Demus no mind. He is always a bit cranky. Especially with others of the avian persuasion. Your audience is here, cher. Why don't you concern yourself with them rather than a crabby eagle?"
