I've got a charms class in the works.  I just needed to hash it out a little bit more.  It'll be up for the next week, my mind was scattered the last few weeks.

Description: This week you will be looking into the charms that protect Hogwarts.  Research 2 charms that are or could be used to protect the school.  Explain when they would be useful.  You have 1 week for this.  We will have an active assignment next week

Madison looked over at Lirit and smiled brightly, "Hello Lirit, its nice to meet you."  She would give the man a greeting whether he returned it or not.  She was more than a friendly person.

She turned her attention back to Nadia.  "Ooo Potions sounds fun.  Was not my strongest subject when I was in school here."  she said with a light laugh.  "I think all the students are shining stars.  There are definitely a few very talented students though.  A few of the first and second years are quite extraordinary."  She started thinking of them all.  "Lets see Morgana and Leila in the second year are both quite skilled.  Of the first years there is Faye and Letrimus.  They both have a good grasp of what they should know by now.  Then there is Lucifer, hes a quick study, and very eager to learn."  She smiled fondly speaking of her students.  "Of course that is not all the students, they were just the most vocal in my first class this year."

"What to expect?" She furrowed her brow thoughtfully.  "Well most of the students are very eager to learn, some possibly to a fault.  Many of the students put in a lot of time outside of class, above and beyond what is needed.  They will ask questions when they need to, but I encourage that.  Some are more advanced than others, depending on their upbringing and their past.  Mostly they are all good kids, there aren't many who would go out of their way to cause trouble in class."

Madison smiled brightly at Nadia and took the outstretched hand.  "Nadia?   That's a beautiful name.  I am the charms professor.  I love watching the students learn to master the charms."  Her eyes sparkled thinking of the students learning.

Madison walked up to the table heading to her normal seat when she saw the two new faces.  She smiled brightly and walked over to them.  "Hello, my name is Madison.  You two must be the new faces we were told about."  She rambled a bit when she met new people.

Madison listened to Anya intently.  She smiled brightly, "Awww, I love new magical creatures.  Specialists coming in to do some teaching sounds like a wonderful plan.  I am also all in favor of a fair or a dance."

Anya's wave and Alexander talking snapped Madison back to the room.  She rubbed her head lightly, "Hello everyone, sorry I was thinking.  But now I can't remember what it was."  She admitted embarrassed.

Professor Morelle gave Lucifer another smile before moving about observing the other students.  Any who were struggling she stopped and worked with them individually.  Those who were having no trouble she gave them a warm smile, especially those who were taking notes on the spell.  As she made her way back to the front of the class "Anyone have any questions after having a bit of practice?"
